Refund policy

We offer a 15-day return policy. You may request a return within 15 days after receiving the item.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and resolve it appropriately.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may purchase the new item separately.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
